TiersTier 1: Writers should have a complete fic of at least 3,000 words by the end of the creating period. Artists should complete at least one full art piece based on their assigned writer’s work.
Tier 2: Writers should have a complete fic of at least 10,000 words by the end of the creating period. Artists should complete at least one full and one additional art piece based on their assigned writer's work.(Full art piece = characters + full canvas background/scenery with complete shading & lighting -> highest level of rendering you can offer.)
(Additional art piece = this can be a flat piece without shading, a piece with incomplete background/character + props only, other art such as character design sheet for AUs/maps/concept art of other important story elements. It can also be another full art piece.)General Rules• Canon, canon divergent, and alternate universe fics are allowed.• Writers may include any trope or setting that is not excluded in the restrictions below• Your story should be a new and independent creation for this BigBang, though you are allowed to continue/expand pre-existing AU's/stories as long as your BigBang piece also works as a solo story.• Artists may participate with digital and traditional art (under the condition that you can provide a high-resolution scan or picture).• Other ships & characters are allowed, as long as there is a focus on Iwaoi.Prohibited Content• Explicit content featuring underage characters, pedophilia, rape/non-con, and incest are forbidden.
• Romanticization of mental illness or abuse is also not allowed.• Major character death, graphic violence, and content related to suicide, self-harm, or serious mental illness are allowed. However, they must be tagged with appropriate trigger warnings both on Tumblr and Ao3 to be reblogged and included in the Ao3 collection. Keep in mind that some artists may not want to create artworks for fanfiction that contains violent, explicit, or triggering content, and please be sure that none of this content is being romanticized or glorified.NSFW Content PolicyNSFW content will be allowed, however, it must be tagged appropriately and all SFW restrictions apply!
To join as an NSFW Artist or Writer you must be 18 years or older.
Furthermore, we do not guarantee NSFW writers a match-up with an artist, as there are usually fewer artists willing to draw for explicit stories! Keep that in mind when drafting your pitch.
